1 lb corned beef
sauerkraut
green peppercorns
white wine

Put your corned beef into a crock pot. Fill to 1/3 with cold water. Add 1/2 cup of sauerkraut, 2 tbsp of green peppercorns and 1/2 cup of white wine. Cook on low heat for 6-10 hours.
