Cooking Classes….Yes or No?

So, you want to learn to cook? There are ALOT of options available to you. For instance, you can easily find step-by-step instruction online, there are 1000’s of websites. Or you could simply find recipes online and then experiment on your own. It might even be possible that you could get a job in a restaurant doing dishes and prep work, and then learn as you go. Those are all viable options for learning how to cook. However, nothing beats hands-on training. Face-to-face instruction with somene that has experience and true knowledge of food and ingredients.
A great site for those who wish to travel, and learn about the culinary arts is www.isango.com . They offer tours to all over Europe, and included in those tours are a chance for you to learn cooking techniques from some fantastic European chefs. Check out the site when you have time….just to give you ideas.
As well, there are 100’s of Culinary schools in every state in The United States. This website has a great database to help you search for a school near you: www.culinaryschools.com
